How do you know when you’ve found a good/reputable tattoo artist/shop? Are there any red flags to look for?

anonymous said: One thing I definitely look for when trying to find a good tattoo place is customer satisfaction. I ask my friends where they got their tattoos and if their tattoo fades really fast or it wasn’t done right, I make sure not to go there. My boyfriend’s mom has tattoos that she’s had for over 30 years and they haven’t faded at all {they’re in color}. I’d say that’s a good place to go to!
